Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!
I booked four rooms at Henley Lodge, all rooms were spectacular! They were equipped with a fridge and teas and coffees.We were able to arrive whenever we wanted as there is no check in and the keys are in a safe key box right next to your door. Also really helpful, if like me you forget your keys!Communication prior to arrival was excellent with super friendly replies.All in all a great experience, would totally recommend it!

Easy, clean , comfortable
No receptionist, keysafes to enter room and access digital keys. Plenty cameras for added security.I really liked the concept of no staff, there's a phone number provided upon booking with all keysafe codes.Henley lodge is a 2 minute drive to the village where we found the Black bull pub. ( food is restraunt quality )Bedroom was extremely clean, shower in bathroom is one of the powerful overhead shower heads, which was a bit of a pain as it soaked the bathroom floor as the rubber on shower screen Bed was very comfortable was to short. I worried about the foor !!We booked 2 dogs in at an extremely moderate rate of £8.00 each.Bed was extremely clean and very well presented.Price for 2 nights stay was exceptional too !!Giving 4 stars asshower screen protector / rubber needs attention to prevent water ingress to the floor

All guests must present original and valid photo identification at the time of check-in, such as any photo ID.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in the hotel.
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
A discounted booking cannot be modified. In case of early check-out for such a booking, no amount will be refunded.
Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or cancelled. In case of availability, Henley Lodge will try to reinstate your booking when you contact us back or make a payment through our multitude of payment options.
As we continue to strive to improve our services, Henley Lodge may reach out to guests to get feedback on their experience through calls or messages.

Booking Extension Policy
Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.
Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling an Henley Lodge is as fast and easy as booking one.
We would love to host you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds.
For bookings up to 3 rooms - 5 Days before arrival - Free of charge
For bookings up to 1 room - 2 Days before arrival - Free of charge
In case you decide to cancel a booking after scheduledtime or do not show up at the hotel, the complete booking amount shall be deducted.
If booked a none refundable rate - the complete booking amount shall be deducted and is not transferable or refundable.

Payment Policy
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation subject to card charging policy. In the event of pay at Hotel booking , the guest will be charged for the full amount at the time of check-in.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out
Early check-in is available subject to extra charges and room availability. -
Late check-out is available subject to extra charges and room availability.
